Today in science we read a book about safety and discussed different scenarios, such as not talking to strangers, travelling in groups, etc. Afterwards, the kids made books about the topic. Ruth's title was
Danger and Canaan's was
Safety Book. We used
rings to bind the books. It is interesting to note the difference between them when "writing" stories. Ruth's was a fluent story while Canaan had a new story for every page. Neither used written words, only pictures. But they both had fun and were proud to read to me.
