Friday

Now this is our day off. But to demonstrate how our schedule changes...we didn't do anything Wed., so we did school on Friday. We had to babysit 4 other children, so we used this time to learn some new games outside. I found 2 great books at the library for indoor/outdoor games, jump rope songs, hand clapping, etc. One of the books is Old Fashioned Children's Games by Sharon O'Bryan and Wee Sing and Play by Pamela Beall, which are both great! However, it was hot and wet outside and the kids weren't too thrilled. My kids really like them though, especially Ruth.

So that is somewhat of our week at a glance. We usually do school when Grace is sleeping right before lunch time. It normally takes a hour if I add phonics activities. I am open to switching things around depending on the weather and play dates.
