Report of the Behavior Chart

Well, not only did Canaan not get a sticker, he became suspended from school this week. That's right, he sits in my room while we learn in the other. And he is not happy about it. Is this cruel? I don't think so. As I explained to him, I cannot teach when someone is whining, crying and screaming for whatever reasons. Learning is a privilege and has to be appreciated. Not only does he miss our learning time, he cannot go with Chap to work either, something he has really been enjoying alot lately. I will say this situation is the down side to homeschooling for me. I hope that it turns around for his sake, as well as mine.
