Weekly Memory Verse

I recently found some great books through Child of the World. They had many new items this season that I would like to purchase. Some of which I actually found at the library. We took our Memory Verse from American Children's Poems this week. They love silly poems.

The Folk Who Live in Backward Town
by Mary Ann Hoberman

The folk who live in Backward Town
Are inside out and upside down.
They wear their hats inside their heads
And go to sleep beneath their beds.
They only eat the apple peeling
And take their walks across the ceiling.
