Our Land

Since the last post on the land we have planted lots of Bamboo and Viburnum along one long fence line in order to achieve privacy. Chap walked out and posted the coordinates for our kitchen garden. It sits with flags and flattened cardboard boxes with bricks holding them down. We will try raised beds for this garden. We have our citrus trees now but they wait on the sidelines for planting. Here are some pics of the yard and Gracie helping out on the auger for all of those holes for bamboo. There's a previous post of Grace covered in mud. This happened when her and her cousins and siblings each found a hole (because of course these holes sat for a time before they were occupied with bamboo) filled with water. They couldn't pass the chance to sit and play in them.
