Lovely spring weather, family and good food made for a great time at our home this weekend. We had our first crawfish boil with family from Wisconsin and Wyoming, as well as New Iberia. I now have a greater appreciation for all that have ever hosted a crawfish boil. Hats down, it's the messiest party to clean up afterwards. But it was worth every tail! The kids had a blast with bubbles (Nanny Phil is known for always bringing bubbles come spring time), our new turtles and a St. Patty's Day parade with beads and wagon. I am willing to make it an annual event.
