This is my little homestead boy! He loves helping me harvest and create. His latest this spring was picking ramps and pickling them. He even made a sauce with them. He loves drying herbs and making tea blends. He's always by my side in the kitchen. Was right there with me when we first experimented with canning strawberry jam. Never mind that we put way too much sugar!!! He helped make onion powder, and I know he won't let me pickle peppers without him.
