Perhaps the biggest change yet, besides Peyton moving in permanently, was Canaan starting school at Westminster. As anxious as we all were, it ended up being a great transition with the help of his wonderful teacher. He made a good friend, Parker, and quickly caught on to the school routine. He was always up before dawn, ready for school in 10 minutes. He calculated every minute on his way to school and knew that if we were near McDonald's by 7:06, he'd make it to the multi-purpose room. He accidentally wore his Crocs instead of his Nikes a couple of times. His second report card was 5 A's and 2 B's. His homework was easy, mainly consisting of spelling and sometimes Math. He's a good student and won an award for Most Improved.
